Insurance; financial affairs; monetary affairs; real estate affairs; financial services; brokerage services including brokerage services relating to financial instruments; including but not limited to, all the aforesaid services reating to pollution trading schemes (including but not limited to, greenhouse gases, sulphur dioxide, ozone depletion gases) such as carbon emission credits, carbon abatements, greenhouse gas abatements, voluntary emission reductions, pollution credits and carbon offsets, whether created from a voluntary or mandatory scheme, and traded either privately or on an open market; and the retirement of such instruments for offsetting and neutrality purposes
