The one or two component electronic moisture sensing device to probe the level of moisture in soil in order to determine whether irrigation is needed. This device is used for applications in agriculture, horticulture, plant nurseries, glasshouses, etc... It can be used manually to measure the moisture contents in soil or wired or built-in into automatic controllers of all types to start and/or stop the programmed irrigation automatically.
