Facilitating access to personal support services for current or former service men and women, current and former first responders and their families; facilitating access to case management, crisis centre and support services including about homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, family violence, family reconciliation, individual safety, social, lifestyle and cultural interaction; facilitating access to the introduction of individuals to social, lifestyle and cultural support services; facilitating access to the introduction of charitable, housing, and physical rehabilitation to individuals; establishing social and support groups for others; facilitating access to non-medical assisted living services for personal purposes; organising access to personal and community support networks for current or former service men and women, current and former first responders and their families; organising personal and community support networks relating to support for homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, family violence, family reconciliation, individual safety, social, lifestyle and cultural interaction; advocacy for the needs of current or former service men and women and current and former first responders; facilitating access to non-therapeutic counselling for current or former service men and women, current and former first responders and their families; facilitating access to non-therapeutic counselling relating to support for health and well-being, homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, family violence, family reconciliation, individual safety, social, lifestyle and cultural interaction; the above services provided for people of all ages including parents, families, aging people, children, disadvantaged and/or vulnerable people including resulting from long term unemployment, abuse; provision of the above services for charitable purposes; advisory and consultancy in relation to the above services; providing the above services online including via an online forum or portal; provision of information in relation to the above services including online, via an online forum, emails, weblogs and social media posts and applications; the above excluding the provision of health care and medical services.
