Provision of multiple-user access to global computer information network for the transfer and dissemination of a wide range of time or event related or other information; installation, customisation and maintenance of computer software used to transmit information, provide interactive response menus, transmit responsive orders, instructions or other information, establish connections between the sender of information and other parties, track and manage the transmission of, and responses to such messages, support delivery of information via additional devices, and personalise parameters for information to be transmitted; provision of advice, consultation and information regarding the above software and its implementation by or on behalf of clients
