Personal and social services rendered by others to meet the needs of individuals; Networking for members of the Military, past and present to provide welfare assistance to other members of the military, past and present via social media; A first responder service for mental and psychological health to identify, attend and refer members at risk to professional and qualified advice they require; Overwatch is the name we use as the umbrella to support members from all services, though communications channels in facebook segmented into individual corps and services and named with different prefixes such as RAR Overwatch, RAN Overwatch, RAAF Overwatch and other service arms of the military, where the prefix refers to that arm of service in order to maximise benefits of service networks; This word is synonymous with the military operations where a small group or force watch over the day to day operations of the service and identify and coordinate a response to those brothers and sisters from the military that need assistance; To provide peer support mentorship and support for those undergoing psychological and/or medical treatment by qualified psychological and other medical professionals; To provide referrals for individuals to other charitable, governmental or medical organisations as required for the holistic welfare of our members and their loved ones
