The Association represents the residential window manufacturers in New South Wales (at present) and in all other states in Australia (in the future). The Association organises industry training through TAFE NSW and other bodies or inhouse in member companies premises; seeks to improve the standard of the residential window manufacturing industry by dealing with bodies such as the University of NSW, CSIRO Australia, Standards Australia, promotes the residential window industry through public displays, advertising in Yellow Pages/White Pages and industry publications; liaises with other industry bodies such as the Building Services Corporation, Building Careers Centre, the Australia Guild of Bricklayers, Chamber of Manufacturers, Flat Glass Association, Master Builders Association, Department of Local Government. The Association acts as an advisory body to its members and the public on any aspect of residential window manufacturing
