Application is for the name Wiltipoll and associated text "the less work prime lamb breed" and sheep's head logo. This unique sheep breed was developed in the early to mid 1990's and the breed's developers created the name "Wiltipoll" for what has been a recognised breed since the late 1990's. The breed's developer also incorporated the breed society 'The Australian Wiltipoll Association Inc'. in 1996 (NSW Corporation No. Y2516919) which registers sheep meeting the Wiltipoll breedding regulations. Flock registers have been compiled annually by the AWA Inc since 1996 and are available for inspection if required.
