Educational services, namely, providing continuing professional education courses in the fields of crisis prevention and crisis management training, namely, providing training, for the purpose of certification, in the areas of dementia care, preventing conflicts between individuals from escalating into violence, therapeutically managing individuals to prevent injury, resolving work place and school room disputes, and the improving of patient care, and providing printed instructional materials in connection therewith.
