The two owners have established a weekly event at a nightclub (Uni Night) and have been doing so for a lengthy period of time; other venues have realised the financial value in utilising the naming of this event, and in turn have copied the naming at other venues; we wish trade mark this name, to ensure that the value of this event is not diminished by other venues, producing a lesser event
