Design and development of software for computer manipulation of patient-specific digital images for surgical planning; design and development of customized, patient specific surgical instruments, implants, plans, and methodology; design and development of software to upload patient-specific imaging date for developing corresponding digital models of custom instruments and implants; providing a website for non-downloadable software for graphic manipulation of patient-specific digital images for designing and developing customized, patient-specific surgical instruments and medical implants and for formulating patient specific surgical plans for digital distribution to health practitioner users (term considered too vague by the International Bureau pursuant to Rule 13 (2) (b) of the Regulations).
