Organsing and adminstering debating and public speaking competitions for schools, universities and the general public; providing adjudication and educational services to support debating and public speaking comeptitions; the selection and organisation of debating and public speaking competitors and teams to participate in national and International debating and public speaking competitions on behalf of the state of South Australia
