A Videotex (Prestel) program for the IBM, PC and compatibles that allow the PC to convert its function in to that of a normal Videotex (Prestel) terminal. This lets the PC assume a multi-functionality - that of a PC for off-line work - and that of a Videotex on line enquiry/update terminal.
