Mapview is the name of a product developed by Oxon Data Systems and the method of generating spatial data for representation in the form of a map; as in the term 'print' where output is sent to a printer 'MapView' is claimed here in name, as a product and as a process for launching a geographic representation of spatial data; this claim is made to cover use of the term MapView, MapView, MapView or hypernated equivilent independent of the technology used to represent the information; product or services named MapView by Oxon Data Systems may or may not incorporate third party componentary, the usage of which is the subject of manufactures licence agreements
