Footwear and apparel, namely, shirts, pants, jackets, hats, caps, belts, jeans, socks, gloves, scarves, neckties, athletic uniforms, vests, underwear, shorts, T-shirts, dresses, skirts, tights, bras, tops, sweaters, sweat shirts, hooded shirts, and hooded sweat shirts; gift packages sold as a unit consisting primarily of a shirt and also including a water bottle, tote bag, and towel; performance apparel, namely, gym suits and shoes

Exercise equipment, namely, strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, core, and balance training machines and/or manually-operated exercise equipment for physical fitness purposes

Conducting fitness classes; providing exercise classes and group fitness classes; providing fitness classes, workout classes, and personal fitness training; physical fitness studio services, namely, providing workout classes, personal fitness training, exercise classes, and group fitness classes; physical fitness training services; providing a web site featuring on-line instruction and information in the field of physical exercise (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (2) (b) of the Regulations).
