Arranging holiday and business travel itineraries, seat bookings and ticket issues for airline flights, seat bookings and ticket issues for land travel by coach or rail, passage bookings and ticket issues for sea travel, reservations of hire cars, bookings and ticket issues for packaged tours and holidays, arranging or conducting courier services, escorted tours, freight forwarding and tour wholesaling, and assisting with completion of travel documentation including passports, visas, health certificates and the direction of necessary forms to appropriate authorities
