The adult psychological profile (APP) is a screening instrument for the 20 most common disorders that affect adults; it has been in existence for 3 years and is widely used throughout Western Australia; adults input their answers directly into the software program that has just recently be developed or complete a paper copy which is then entered into the scoring program; the software automatically does the scoring and produces a 4 page written report based on the results
