The trademark under this classification is an integral part of the overall asbestos management system and although part of the system applies to this classification our trademark application under class number 37 forms part of the total package we provide a complete consultancy service which ensures that building owners and delegated persons comply with the appropriate legislation which affects the identification,use, control and disposal of asbestos containing materials and products; the asbestos management system is usually provided in whole or in part verbally, written, or on electronic media; the system in its entirety assists the building owner, or the person in substantial control of the site, to comply with legislation, if the system is used in accordance with our recommendations; the system may contain any or all of the following: site inspection sampling and testing of suspect materials / products reporting on the presence, condition, risk and action required to comply with any legislation; risk assessment work method statements for contractors and workers working for the building owner, or the person in substantial control of the site, and supervision and/or performing the works of encapsulation, removal or other means necessary to render those materials/products safe; the overall objective of the system is to provide a complete service to our client; to provide an asbestos free workplace as defined under legislation as amended or current at any time asbestos material audits/inspections asbestos product audits/inspections
